In August 2007, three highly experienced Cape Town media strategists fulfilled their dream. Anne Dearnaley, Lynnette Heyns and Ilan Lazarus banded together to form an independent strategic media planning agency with the aim of returning the passion and energy to media planning – a key function of the advertising process.
Thinking a little differently
Technological advances, cultural shifts and integrated platforms have seen the gap widening between the traditional planner and how media historically has been planned. Page three identifies this gap as the future of media strategy and as such is born the desire to remain relevant, yet competitive in offering integrated solutions that are client-centric. And while the team embraces new media there is the understanding that there will always be a place for traditional ATL media – particularly given the demographics of the bulk of the SA population.
